SPMC – 50th Anniversary

Fifty years have passed since St Paul’s Missionary College opened its doors to welcome its first students in what was then part of St Agatha’s MSSP Mother House – a brain child of Fr. Stanley Tomlin MSSP, who wanted to institute the College as ‘a greenhouse for missionary vocations’ and who was its Rector for a number of years.

Today, the College hosts over five hundred students, both at a Junior as well at a Senior educational level. A number of activities were held to mark the event among which was a Eucharistic Celebration at the Mdina Metropolitan Cathedral on Saturday 6th December 2014, an Education Symposium at Palazzo Depiro on 6-7 February 2015 and a Gala Dinner at the Radisson Blu, St Julians on Saturday 25th April 2015.
